The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to orders placed via the internet. Swisspowertube reserves the right to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions and the delivery terms, including any appendices, at any time. Notices of such changes will be posted on swisspowertube.ch.
2. Offers
Our offers are non-binding. Minor deviations from our illustrations or descriptions are possible. If an offer is no longer available, we reserve the right not to fulfill the contract.
The author assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damages caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless the author can be proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence. 3. Delivery and Payment
Sales to customers are generally made against invoice. Swisspowertube AG reserves the right to adjust this at any time to suit your needs (e.g., prepayment).
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the online shop. All customers receive an email confirmation of their order. If this does not arrive within one day, please send an email to [email address missing]
The online shop uses CHF as its base currency. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping

4. Delivery Times
Goods that are in stock are generally dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of the order. If the failure to meet a delivery or performance deadline is due to force majeure, unforeseen obstacles, or other circumstances beyond our control, the deadline will be extended accordingly. Notification will be sent by email. Claims for damages due to delay, impossibility, or non-performance are excluded.
5. Return Policy
All items, including discounted goods and items offered during special sales promotions, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For all other products, you must contact us before returning them to confirm whether a return is possible. If so, returns will only be accepted if they are in perfect condition (original packaging and new) and have sufficient postage.
6. Transfer of Risk
The risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods by Swisspowertube AG.
7. Guarantee
Swisspowertube AG guarantees that the goods sold are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of the transfer of risk and have the contractually guaranteed properties.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Swisspowertube AG until full payment has been received.
9. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of Swisspowertube AG. Swiss law applies exclusively.
